For the third year running, Peach Telecom Limited has been listed in the Sunday Times Tech Track league table which ranks Britain's 100 private technology companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years.

As the highest ranked telecoms reseller, Peach Telecom was placed 34th this year following 30th in 2012 and 9th in 2011 with an impressive 3-year sales growth of 92% per annum from £1.1M (2009/2010) to £8.1M (2012/2013).

Peach Telecom is no stranger to recognition of this kind having won countless industry awards in recent years including Comms Dealer 2012 Sales Awards – Sales Team of the Year and ranked among the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle-East and Asia (EMEA) by Deloitte as well as placed 13th in the UK Deloitte Technology 2012 Fast 50.

Underlining continued success, the new league table published this month shows that Peach Telecom is in good company with businesses such as Zoopla (6th) reported to be looking at stock market flotation and Wonga (16th) which has made over 7 million loans in six years.

Commenting on the company’s third consecutive listing in the annual league table, Peach Telecom Managing Director Darren Scott-Healey said: ‘Our consistency over many years as one of Britain’s most successful companies is testimony to the sustained efforts of our loyal staff and valued partners who have all helped to make this possible again’.

With a growing reputation in the sector for providing SMEs with the right business solutions and the highest level of support, Peach is preferred supplier of a broad range of telephony equipment from small to very large telephone systems manufactured by global telecom giants NEC and Siemens. To offer a complete suite of communication products Peach also provide mobile phone solutions, data connections and competitive landline and call packages. In Q1 2013, NEC’s market share in the below 100 extension segment grew from 15% to the current 18%, making it no. 1 in the worldwide market while in the total extensions market NEC took up second position worldwide.

Peach’s outstanding performance underlines the company’s contribution to the continued strength of the telecoms sector and its importance to the UK economy. Record year-on-year sales have seen the company expand its product portfolio, increase and restructure the customer services operations and introduce more partnerships and dealerships, offering added valued services and support.

Recently, the company has started to offer IT services and looking ahead further growth is planned. ‘It doesn’t stop here’, say Scott-Healey. ‘Peach is a progressive business and employer, and we will continue to improve our market position and increase sales by listening to our customers, expanding our channels to market and providing the most cost-effective solutions that meet the varied communications needs of companies large and small’, he said.
